The challenge
Transcend Golf was looking to secure investment to expand its indoor golf simulator business into new locations. The team already had the content, but the amount of information made the story difficult to navigate and digest.
The presentation also needed to support longer investor conversations, where presenters might need to jump between different topics depending on the questions and interests of the audience.
The approach
We first restructured and streamlined the existing content, removing unnecessary information and creating a clearer narrative around the opportunity, solution, expansion strategy, and financials.
To make the long presentation easier to navigate, we created a persistent interactive sidebar with clickable sections. This allowed presenters to move instantly between topics and adapt the conversation to the audience without losing their place.
The result
A visually engaging investor deck that combines clear storytelling with flexible navigation, giving the Transcend Golf team a presentation designed not only to communicate the opportunity, but to support the conversation around it.
