The challenge
EMAE was looking to attract investors for the expansion and revitalization of an existing park along the Pinheiros River. They came with extensive corporate material, data and information about the project, but needed a stronger narrative to turn all that content into a compelling story.
The approach
We transformed the information into a visual journey through the past, present and future of the Pinheiros River.
The presentation started by exploring the river's history and evolution, then looked at examples of cities around the world that had successfully transformed their waterfronts. From there, the story naturally progressed toward the vision for expanding the park and creating a new relationship between the river, the city and its people.
We used cinematic timeline animations, animated maps, geographic zooms, image transitions and visual storytelling techniques to make the narrative feel more like a journey than a traditional corporate presentation.
The result
A presentation that turned a complex collection of corporate information into a clear and engaging investment story, helping audiences visualize not only what the park could become, but also how the Pinheiros River could play a greater role in the future of São Paulo.
